The market is going to crash!!!
Not in my opinion 😊. Of course, no one has a crystal ball or can tell when a recession will hit or if the housing market will collapse. A major sign that Vegas has a healthy economic growth is that so many major companies are investing in our city. More and more people are moving in from other states because of our low interest rates and job opportunities. The lenders I work with follow strict guidelines to ensure that we don’t crash like we did 10 years ago. When your buying a house just remember that it is a wise decision for your future and all the reasons I mention below. If you are selling your house that hard earned money belongs in your bank account so get the best rates available. Ask about a “Net sheet” If you have any questions please call and I will explain.

Don’t get ripped off use a realtor!! (especially me 🙂). Many of these companies will attract you by telling you they can sell your home FAST, save thousands on commission, avoid realtor fees, no open houses, we’ll take the stress off selling, sell when you want on your time or don’t pay next months mortgage. That hard earned money belongs to YOU and your FAMILY. Use it to purchase another house, save it for your children’s college, pay down debts student loans cars ect, treat yourself to a vacation, make smart investments and maybe even a little retail therapy 🙂. Ask about a net sheet, its the most important aspect of a real estate transaction. Call me and I will explain.

Why should you buy a home?
– A home purchase is one of the best investments you can make
– You’ll pay less taxes and save money
– Peace of mind of owning your own home (create your dream home, do what you want with your property)
– It’s forced savings
– Have as many pets as you want or add your personal touch
– Build Equity (don’t throw money away on rent, use this money to put towards your next home or big purchase)
– It’s cheaper than renting
– You’ll feel more secure (don’t worry about being evicted)
– Monthly mortgage won’t increase like your rent will
– You can take out a second mortgage for emergency
– Provide a more stable life for your children (stop moving)
– Use your investment (home) to make another investment
– You’ll have something to pass on your children
